Hampton Inn Minneapolis/Eagan

We loved this Hampton! The desk staff was so cordial. We never had to move our vehicle. Once we parked and checked in, we could walk to a great sandwich shop for lunch and a great sports bar-restaurant for supper (loved the pizza!). A shuttle service took us to the Mall of America where we could also walk to the IKEA store. We also enjoyed the pool and eliptical machine and of course, a good breakfast the next morning.

It was exactly what we were looking for, a place to stay while we were in Minneapolis We were on a budget and it fit right in the budget. Appreciated th shuttle service it was quick and prompt.Tthe directions to get to the hotel were very accurate when driving into the city

It was dfine, the bathrooms were small but enough room to do everylthing that needs to be done in a bathroom

We booked a park and fly room through bookit.com only to arrive at the hotel to find out that the parking was not free. I do not understand why the Hampton Inn would give rooms to bookit.com as park and fly rooms and then expect guest to pay $20 per day to park. That is more than the airport parking fees.

It was extremely clean with good room facilities. The shuttle service was very helpful and it's for free as well. Best of all, the earliest run starts at 4 am, which was just what I needed.

When we checked in we were greeted warmly and felt welcome. Front desk crew were very helpful and even called up to be sure the room was to our liking. Delicious hot breakfast.

I wish the pool area was a little more private.

The facility was clean, well kept and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and always fresh and the dining staff could not be more helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Breakfast was very good, it would have been better had there been bacon or sausage. We would definitely stay there again

The hotel staff were friendly. The pool area was enjoyable, but the room had a humidity issue, making it uncomfortable at night. The air conditioning was quite loud. A decent stay but room improvements are needed.

Nice location for us for parking

No wakeup call when requested...due to early morning flight.and was told one should never count on that anyway..was told would be a breakfast bag ready because of early flight...same staff..said didnt get to it yet..

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Have only had positive experiences with every stay.

The halls were very warm, the room was not worth the money spent. No free wifi and the carpet in the room was not clean.

Couples looking for a cozy escape

The staff was great, super friendly, real attentive guys. They even gave us waters when we were leaving, real nice on our long way home.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The building was conveniently located, yet it felt tucked away just enough to feel comfortably secluded.

We booked a single room with two double beds and we found the room to be on the small side for our liking. Also, due to the lot size/shape that the hotel sits on the there are few good parking spaces close to the front door. Overall, these were minor issues which prevented it from being an otherwise near-perfect experience.

We had to leave for airport before breakfast served so it would have been nice to serve breakfast earlier for travelers catching 8am flights.
